MS. Divya Sharma

Born and brought up in the family of Sh. H.R. Sharma, Advocate and Smt. Nirmla Sharma. I come from Nalagarh, District Solan (HP). I did my basic schooling from Nalagarh only. Thereafter I completed my B.A. L.L.B.(Hons.) from University Institute of Legal Studies Ava-Lodge, Shimla. Then, I qualified the H.P. Judicial Services Examination of 2019 and took oath on 3rd January, 2020 at H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla. Then, I underwent induction training at Judicial Academy and thereafter, got my first posting as Civil Judge-cum- Judicial Magistrate at Court No 2, Kasauli District Solan H.P. and assumed charge on my first posting on 11th January, 2021. Thereafter, on transfer, got posted as Civil Judge-Cum-JMFC Arki District Solan HP till 18.04.2024. Now on transfer, I have assumed charge of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dalhousie District Chamba H.P. w.e.f 20.04.2024.
