Completed his graduation in Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Maharishi Markandishwar University, Mullana, Ambala in 2011. Completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Punjab University 2014. Completed his Master of Laws (LL.M) from Panjab University in the year 2016. Also qualified NET – JRF (Laws) and joined as a research scholar in the Department of Laws, Panjab University in April 2016. Has had the privilege of presenting his research work in National and International conferences held in Panjab University, Chandigarh, India and Queens College, University of Oxford, Oxfordshire, U.K respectively which was later published in International Journals. Completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Laws on the topic “Legal Status of Artificial Intelligence: Issues and Challenges” in June 2021 from Panjab University wherein he proposed a legislation regarding the issues of liability and compensation pertaining to Artificial Intelligence. Selected in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Services on May 25, 2016. Took oath as a Judicial Officer on August 11, 2016. Previously remained posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC Hamirpur, Mandi, Tissa, Sirmour at Nahan and Indora. On transfer, presently posted as Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Chamba from 21-12-2024.
