Judges on Leave

On station leave from the morning of 24.10.2026 till the evening of 25.10.2026 (at 10:00 P.M.) (24.10.2026 being Dussehra holiday and 25.10.2026 being Sunday ). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On station leave from the morning of 22.10.2026 till the morning of 24.10.2026 (22.10.2026 and 23.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 17.10.2026 after Court hours till 28.10.2026 before Court hours to attend the training programme at National Judicial Academy, Bhopal on 24.10.2026 and 25.10.2026 (18.10.2026 being Sunday, 19.10.2026 to 24.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays and 26.10.2026 and 27.10.2026 being return journey days). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Chamba will be looked after by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, during the aforesaid training promgramme/journey period.

On station leave w.e.f. 17.10.2026 after Court hours till 26.10.2026 before Court hours (18.10.2025 & 25.10.2026 being Sundays and 19.10.2026 to 24.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Tissa, will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dalhousie, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 17.10.2026 at 05:00 P.M. till the morning of 22.10.2026 (18.10.2025 being Sunday and 19.10.2026 to 21.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 18.10.2026 (at 07:00 P.M.) till the evening of 21.10.2026 (at 10:00 P.M.) (18.10.2026 being Sunday and 19.10.2026 and 21.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On three days casual leave for 15.10.2026, 16.10.2026 and 17.10.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 14.10.2026 (after office hours) till 21.10.2026 (late evening) (18.10.2026 being Sunday and w.e.f. 19.10.2026 to 21.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays leave period). Furhter, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Mobile Traffic Magistrate, Chamba, will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On three days casual leave for 15.10.2026, 16.10.2026 and 17.10.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 14.10.2026 (after office hours) till the morning of 26.10.2026 (before office hours) (18.10.2026 & 25.10.2026 being Sunday and 19.10.2026 to 24.10.2026 being Dussehra holidays). Furhter, the urgent work pertaining to the office of Secretary, DLSA, Chamba, will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, and in his absence will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days casual leave for 12.10.2026 and 13.10.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 10.10.2026 morning till 14.10.2026 before Court hours (10.10.2026 and 11.10.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days casual leave for 09.10.2026 and 12.10.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 09.10.2026 at 07:00 A.M. to 12.10.2026 till 09:00 P.M. (as 10.10.2026 and 11.10.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday holidays respectively). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba will be looked after by the District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On 04 days casual leave for 07.10.2026, 08.10.2026, 09.10.2026 and 12.10.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 06.10.2026 after Court hours till the morning of 13.10.2026 (as 10.10.2026 and 11.10.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday holiday). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dalhousie, will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 25.09.2026 after Court hours till 29.09.2026 before Court hours. Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dalhousie will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid station leave.

On station leave w.e.f. 26.09.2026 at 07:00 A.M.to 28.09.2026 at 07:00 P.M. Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, will be looked after by Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba during the aforesaid station leave period.

On 06 days earned leave w.e.f. 21.09.2026 to 26.09.2026 with permission to prefix 20.09.2026 and suffix 27.09.2026 being Sunday along with station leave w.e.f. 19.09.2026 after Court hours till 28.09.2026 before Court hours. Further, the urgent work of the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Tissa shall be looked after by the Civil JUdge-cum-JM, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

Two day Workshops on "Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam and Procedure of Arrest and Detention" for the Judicial Officers, Police Officers and Public Prosecutors- station leave thereof alongwith one day causal leave.

On Station leave w.e.f. 12.09.2026 after Lok Adalat till 14.09.2206 at 09:45 A.M. (12.09.2026 and 13.09.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba will be looked after by Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 03.09.2026 after Court hours till 08.09.2026 before Court hours to attend "One-Day Referral Judges Training Programme" on 06.09.2026 at H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla (04.09.2026, 05.09.2026, 06.09.2026 being Gazetted holiday, Local Holiday and Sunday respectively and 07.09.2026 being journey day). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, if any, during aforesaid station leave period.

Further, the urgent work pertaining to the office of Secretary, DLSA, Chamba will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On one and half day casual leave for second half of 02.09.2026 and 03.09.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 02.09.2026 after lunch till 08.09.2026 before Court hours to attend "One-Day Referral Judges Training Programme" on 06.09.2026 at H.P. Judicial Academy, Shimla (04.09.2026, 05.09.2026, 06..09.2026 being Gazetted holiday, Local Holiday and Sunday respectively and 07.09.2026 being journey day). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Chamba will be looked after by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On one day casual leave for 29.08.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 27.08.2026 after Court hours till 31.08.2026 before Court hours (28.08.2026 and 30.08.2026 being gazetted holiday and Sunday respectively). Furhter, the urgent work pertaing to the Court of Civil JUdge-cum-JMFC, Tissa shall be looked after by the Civil JUdge-cum-JM, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On station leave w.e.f. 19.08.2026 after Court hours till 24.08.2026 09:45 A.M. to attend the "Two day Workshopn on "Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam and Law and Procedure of Arrest and Detention". Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JM< Chamba shall be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM< Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days casual leave for 13.08.2026 and 14.08.2026 along with station leave w.e.f 12.08.2026 after Court hours till the morning of 17.08.2026 (15.08.2026 and 16.08.2026 being Gazetted holiday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba shall be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, if any during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days casual leave for 06.08.2026 and 07.08.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 05.08.2026 after Court hours till the morning of 08.08.2026 at 09.00 a.m. Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba shall be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On one day casual leave for 04.08.2026 along with station leave from evening of 02.08.2026 till the morning of 05.08.2026 (03.08.2026 being local holiday). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Chamba, if any, during the aforesaid leave period.

On half day Casual leave for second half of 25.07.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 25.07.2026 at 1:30 pm till 30.07.2026 in the evening (as 26.07.2026 is holiday on account of Sunday) to attend the two day "International Symposium on Emerging Drug Threats" being organized by the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Delhi on 28.07.2026 and 29.07.2026. Further, the urgent work of the Court of District and Sessions Judge will be looked after by Additional District and Sessions Judge, if any, during the aforesaid station leave period.

On Station leave w.e.f.10.07.2026 after Court hours till 13.07.2026 before Court hours (11.07.2026 and 12.07.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On Station leave w.e.f.10.07.2026 after Court hours till 13.07.2026 before Court hours (11.07.2026 and 12.07.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On Medical Leave since 15.06.2026. The Senior Civil Judge -cum- CJM, Chamba and in his absence Civil Judge -cum JM, Chamba, shall look after the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Civil Judge -Cum- JMFC, Dalhousie, w.e.f. 15.06.2026 till further orders.

On one day Casual Leave for 12.06.2026 along with Station Leave w.e.f. 11.06.2026 after Court hours till 15.06.2026 before Court hours (13.06.2026 and 14.06.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days Casual Leave for 11.06.2026 and 12.06.2026 along with Station Leave w.e.f. 10.06.2026 after Court hours till 15.06.2026 before Court hours (13.06.2026 and 14.06.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On one day Casual Leave for 01.06.2026 along with Station Leave w.e.f. 30.05.2026 after Court hours till 02.06.2026 before Court hours (31.05.2026 being Sunday). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by the Ld. Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On two days Casual Leave for 29.05.2026 and 30.05.2026 alongwith Station Leave w.e.f. 28.05.2026 after office hours till the morning of 01.06.2026 before office hours (31.05.2026 being Sunday). Further, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after the Civil Judge-cum-JM, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On 09 days earned leave w.e.f. 11.05.2026 to 19.05.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 09.05.2026 after conducting the National Lok Adalat till the morning of 20.05.2026 before Court hours. Further, the urgent work pertaining to the court of District and Sessions Judge will be looked after by Additional District and Sessions JUdge, Chamba, during the aforesaid leave period.

On 06 days earned leave w.e.f. 11.05.2026 to 16.05.2026 (prefixing 10.05.2026 and suffixing 17.05.2026 being Sundays). During the aforesaid leave period the urgent work pertaining to the office of Secretary, DLSA, Chamba will be looked after by the Chairman (Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM), SDLSC, Chamba.

On one day casual leave for 13.04.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 10.04.2026 after Court hours till the evening of 13.04.2026 (11.04.2026 being second saturday and sunday respectively). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM shall be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Chamba during the aforesaid leave period.

On one day Casual Leave for 13.04.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 10.04.2026 after Court hours till the morning of 16.04.2026 (11.04.2026, 12.04.2026, 14.04.2026 and 15.04.2026 being second saturday, sunday and gazetted holidays respectively). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Mobile Traffic Magistrate shall be looked after by Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Tissa (w.e.f. 10.04.2026 after Court hours till the evening of 13.04.2026) and Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Chamba (w.e.f. evening of 13.04.2026 till the morning of 16.04.2026).

On one day casual leave for 13.04.2026 along with station leave w.e.f. 10.04.2026 after Court hours till the morning of 15.04.2026 (11.04.2026 & 12.04.2026 being Second Saturday and Sunday respectively and 14.04.2026 being gazetted holiday). Further, the urgent work pertaining to the Court of Ld. District and Sessions Judge shall be looked after by the Ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba during the aforesaid leave period.

On one day Casual Leave for 04.04.2026 along with Station Leave w.e.f. 02.04.2026 after Court hours till 06.04.2026 before Court hours (03.04.2026 & 05.04.2026 being Gazetted holiday and Sunday respectively). Further, urgent work pertaining to the Court shall be looked after by Ld. Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Dalhousie during the aforesaid leave period.

On Station Leave to attend the "North Zone-l Regional Conference on "Advancing Rule of Law through Technology: Challenges and Opportunities" " w.e.f. 25.03.2026 after office hours till 31.03.2026 before Court hours. Further, the urgent work shall be looked after by the Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Tissa during the aforesaid leave period.

06 days earned leave w.e.f. 23.03.2026 to 28.03.2026 (prefixing Gazetted Holiday and Sunday falling on 21.03.2026 & 22.03.2026 and suffixing Sunday dalling on 29.03.2026). Also, the urgent work of the Court will be looked after by Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Chamba w.e.f. 20.03.2026 after Court hours till 30.03.2026 before Court hours.
